We receive numerous enquiries daily from freight and trades companies, construction equipment hirers, wholesalers, and other commercial customers with their own vehicle or machinery fleets regarding issues of locating vehicles, goods, and employees. Your task is to provide professional and qualified advice to these interested parties by telephone and to describe the benefits of our goods and services that we can offer their company.
In the process, it is especially important to understand the particular application of the customer precisely and to select the most suitable product from the broad ENAiKOON product line.
In many cases, our customers are not aware of the possibilities offered by modern telematics systems. Your job will be to introduce our customers to the issues surrounding telematics and advise them on the possible solutions telematics can provide.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills and substantial experience and interest in computer and mobile communications technology.
You will be required to have completed a trade-specific training program and at least the standard education required for entry into tertiary education. You will be required to possess negotiation skills, commercial know-how and the ability to work independently – possibly in a home office environment.
