Through this process a malfunction of the application or the system can
be detected quickly. Then our administrators can log on to the
system and solve the problem.
If hardware must be changed, we take care for purchasing, storing and
installation of the new parts.
If a system can not be fixed quickly, we can provide
you with an ENAiKOON system for the time needed to repair your own system.
