The majority of our customers decided to purchase no own hardware, but to install their voice application on one of our systems on the basis of an ASP agreement which ensures, that ENAiKOON takes care for proper functionality of the system.

This move has two major advantages for these customers:

• They bring down their initial investment to a minimum
• They pay for the service based on the traffic which occured in reality and do not have to care for the scale of the system (number of parallel phone calls...)

If you decide to use our ASP model in the beginning you can switch over to an own system at any time.
