I hereby request for free and non-binding loan of the following test system.

The test device/s are planned to be installed into the vehicle/machinery at the date listed below.

The evaluation kit must be returned to ENAiKOON on the last day of the evaluation phase without damages. The receipt of the parcel service will be enough to proof the redelivery on time.
If I send back the test equipment in due time (arriving at the ENAiKOON warehouse in Berlin), ENAiKOON will refund to me the total value of the loan equipment not including the transportation costs.
ENAiKOON reserves the right to charge the tester for any damaged, altered or badly deliverence device whilst it is in the care of the tester. This includes transit for delivery

Evaluation kit will be abroad

The evaluation kit will be abroad as indicated alongside.*

This includes an activated prepaid SIM card. ENAiKOON will bear mobile costs up to 10 Euros. Additional costs must be covered by the customer. It is reasonable to assume, that a test phase of two weeks will not exceed the 10 Euros limit.

I will pay the total value of the loan equipment plus the costs for transportation, customs etc. to the ENAiKOON bank account (Bank: Commerzbank, Konto: 0566105500, BLZ 10080000, SWIFT: DRESDEFF 100, IBAN: DE04100800000566105500) or with my Paypal account. ENAiKOON will send the demand for payment via Paypal prompt.

These terms for the evaluation of an ENAiKOON product are accepted by the evaluating body by clicking on "Accept" (see below) and transmitting this completed evaluation kit application form to ENAiKOON.
